Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email support@mullena.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products where:
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery
- The product has been opened, used, or the seal is broken
- The product was damaged due to improper handling
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
